Hello Wellness Friday Sit

This is a weekly, drop-in opportunity to practice mindful meditation in a non-judgmental, inclusive space appropriate for people of all faith backgrounds, ages 15+. The first 15 minutes can also be accessed simultaneously on Instagram Live or at any time in our @hellowellnesstherapy Instagram feed.
