Hello Wellness Fundamentals of Facilitation

Training Module 4: The Big Idea + Believing in Yourself

This two-hour training module (live on Zoom and recorded) is part of the 6-month Hello Wellness Fundamentals of Facilitation mentorship container.

Within the mentorship container, participants will receive training in how to facilitate groups, workshops, and presentations centering primarily around mindfulness meditation practices. This offering is for individuals called to offer contemplative practices to individuals and communities in professional settings.
