UCLA MAPs II: Cultivating Self-Compassion

In this follow up class to MAPs II Next Steps, we will cultivate compassion for the person in our lives we may have the most difficulty with: ourselves.

We will learn new meditations to develop self compassion, tools to work with when we find our inner critic running the show, and practical exercises to incorporate into our daily lives. This is a helpful expansion to our basic mindfulness practice.
