    Join Erin at YogaSource Santa Fe for a class dedicated to a blend of active stretching, yin, and restorative poses to cultivate quiet and patience in a breath-focused setting. Through connection to the simplicity of a practice on the ground, students work to nurture a deeper sense of attention.

    Appropriate for all levels, Erin’s teaching style is fun and lighthearted while incorporating thoughtful reflections on how yoga can help us in everyday life.

  • Mindful Flow / All Levels Yoga Class

    Erin offers this easy-going flow class at Yoga Source Santa Fe as “mindfulness in motion.” This is a great class for folks who are looking to enhance their mindfulness practice while stretching and strengthening their bodies.

    Appropriate for all levels, Erin’s teaching style is fun and lighthearted while incorporating thoughtful reflections on how yoga can help us in everyday life.

UCLA Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) Classes

  • MAPs II Next Steps: Improve Your Meditation

    In this follow up class to UCLA's MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice, how to bring mindfulness into our daily activities, how to develop more concentration, and how more confidence and wisdom can arise in our practice.

    Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, and group feedback and discussion. UCLA MAPs II: Next Steps is taught in a context of a supportive community environment with classes no larger than 30-40 students. Classes are 6-weeks long and meet once per week for 2 hours.

  • MAPs II Cultivating Self-Compassion

    In this follow up class to MAPs II Next Steps, we will cultivate compassion for the person in our lives we may have the most difficulty with: ourselves.

    We will learn new meditations to develop self-compassion, tools to work with when we find our inner critic running the show, and practical exercises to incorporate into our daily lives. This is a helpful expansion to our basic mindfulness practice.

What is calling to be transformed in your life?

Join Emily & Erin for 6 nights at Yandara Retreat Center near Todos Santos, Mexico to embark on a journey to cultivate contemplative practices for holistic wellbeing. This immersive week includes many modalities for tuning attention: vinyasa, yin, & restorative yoga, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and creative writing. Emily and Erin will facilitate enriching discussions offering wisdom gleaned from the intersections of ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Although yoga is a throughline, yoga is not the primary focus but one facet of many to support showing up, looking inwardly & anchoring into wisdom. Daily workshops will offer a deep dive into practical skills for learning how to embody meditation in action and cultivate the ordinary magic of wellbeing. Together we will examine old patterns & habits and use this new awareness to make positive shifts through simple, serviceable strategies to take home and weave into everyday life. This retreat will be rooted in the quietude & peace of the nature we’ll be living in—enjoy downtime to swim, wander the beach, take in the stars, and build new friendships with peers.
