Community Class @ YogaSource Santa Fe

This can be a time of year when the stress outpaces our capacity to feel we can bear it. This class is intended to offer strategies for re-balancing in the face of the onslaught of messages - internal and external - that push us out of a state of equanimity. Erin offers a combination of mindful movement, restorative asana, and guided meditation for easing into the evening (and this month) in a restful way. Community classes are offered every Thursday by yoga teachers building their practice and hours towards their E-RYT and are only $5!
