  • Hello Wellness Fundamentals of Facilitation

    In this 6-month mentorship program, participants will receive training in how to facilitate groups, workshops, and presentations centering primarily around mindfulness meditation practices.

  • Hello Wellness offers an on-line monthly membership. Folks are welcome to enroll for free using the code CCC-FREE. The Collective Care Club is a place where caring for the self is accessible and where welcoming spaces for community practice and support nurture a sense of belonging. A combination of live and asynchronous offerings are offered. For people who are able to support our work, we offer a monthly membership fee of only $25. Individual donations to our facilitators are welcomed.

We seem to be inundated these days with blueprints that show us the way when it comes to our physical bodies, yet it is my belief that we are just starting to scratch the surface when it comes to developing an inclusive blueprint that remembers that the mind and body are one and restores belonging and connection with our common humanity. Mindful awareness practices are showing promise as one map that travels through the pathway of the heart, a deeper way of supporting our well-being that transcends the purely physical. To embrace a holistic path that enhances our resiliency and supports us in health for the long-haul, both on an intra- and interpersonal level, it is my personal mission to offer mindful awareness practices in a way that are accessible for all and easily woven into the fabric of our lives.
