Please join me most Fridays from 9:15-9:45am MST for stress-reducing, life-affirming, guided meditation. I’ll keep it short (15 minutes), sweet, and compassionate. The second 15 minutes we make time for some chatting and reflection. We will practice (i.e.; SIT) together via Zoom, link shared here. This is a drop-in, free opportunity to practice meditation in a non-judgmental, inclusive space appropriate for people of all faith backgrounds, ages 15+. The first 15 minutes can also be accessed simultaneously on Instagram Live or at any time in my @hellowellnesstherapy IG feed.
