Hello Friday Sit

This is a drop-in, weekly opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation in a non-judgmental, inclusive space appropriate for people of all faith backgrounds, ages 15+. The first 15 minutes can also be accessed simultaneously on Instagram Live or at any time in my @hellowellnesstherapy Instagram feed.
